In the past few days, the DNC leaks have provided us with valuable information showing the “Democratic” Party’s true colors. Among these emails were messages showing the DNC plotting against democratic candidate Bernie Sanders.
Of course, Bernie supporters were angry. They expressed their anger from social media posts to even booing at the Democratic Convention. But let’s get one thing clear. They had every right to. They supported Bernie Sanders for a long time, only to find out for sure that he was playing a rigged game.
Many Hillary Clinton supporters have told Bernie Sanders supporters to come to their side, even though there are alternatives like Jill Stein, who represent most of Bernie’s views, in order to stop Trump. Hillary supporters often say that a vote for Bernie is a vote for Trump. But why are we even in this mess in the first place? I strongly believe that the DNC is to blame. Numerous studies have shown that Bernie Sanders would have easily beat Hillary. However, the DNC overlooked this, pushing their machine forward and rigging this election in order to implement their political aims. They knew a huge chunk of the US didn’t view Clinton favorably, yet they chose to rig the election for her.
If the DNC really was for the revolution, they would have stayed out of this. They would have let the people decide. But I guess they’re not.
