My First Impressions: Lorac Mega PRO 3 Palette on Dark Skin

The much anticipated limited edition Lorac Mega PRO3 Palette is almost here!! MY HEART?? For the past 2 years Lorac Cosmetics has released a Mega PRO palette in fall that is limited edition and sold only at ULTA. The past two years, I was unable to get the previous palettes, but this year things were much different. If you guys were not aware, ULTA Beauty gave early access for this palette September 25th to all Platinum Members. Of course, I had to grab one, because I know this will sell out fairly fast in the first week. And I’m impatient.

This limited edition palette has 16 matte shades (top 2 rows) and 16 shimmer shades (bottom 2 rows). 30 of the shadows are new shades, with Jet Black and Snow being the 2 essentials. These shadows can be used dry, or wet to make them more pigmented on the lid.
I love the packaging of this palette. The white and rose gold combination is to die for! And I love how it has a fairly big mirror in it, that I can use. This palette has a lot of great colors for fall, and is a pretty good mix of warm and cool toned shades. I love how it also has both matte and shimmer shades so I can use this one palette to create multiple looks.

✨RELEASE DATE: OCT 2nd✨
✨WHERE: ULTA ONLY; IN-STORE & ONLINE✨
✨RETAIL PRICE: $59✨

✨Cruelty-free? Yes✨

FIRST IMPRESSION: SO BUTTERY. These colors are so creamy you guys. I’m super impressed. And they are so pigmented. Not one color failed me when I swatched them. I didn’t have to put more than one layer when swatching on my arm, and as you can see they all mostly covered the words of my tattoo. Lorac definitely gets an A+ with this palette. I tend to look for two things when I decide to get a palette. 1)If I can use that one palette to create a whole look and/or multiple looks, and 2)if the palette has a good shade range that also caters to darker skin tones like mine. If it had those 2 things, it’s golden. If the palette also has a mix of matte and shimmer shades, that’s a plus in my book. And Lorac Cosmetics hit all three of those points with this palette.

I highly recommend you all get this palette! Like I stated before, this is a limited-edition palette, so once it’s gone there’s no chance of getting it! And seeing as how it’s been talked about a lot in the past few weeks, I know it will sell out pretty fast.
