Why You Should Go Out And Meet New People

First of all, this article is for everyone, whether you’re shy, extrovert, introvert or a person that doesn’t like “people” in general. BUT, before we begin we have to acknowledge the fact that you can be nervous and feel shy around people but this is not anxiety, this is nervousness

  1. Meeting new people could bring you stuff I can’t even explain or make points for you, but trust me, we’re all the same yet we haven’t experienced the same, don’t underestimate what people could teach you. And don’t forget everyone we meet knows something we don’t!
  2. Going to places you’re also not used to frequent would definitely help you meeting new people. You could explain new ideas that’ll change your life, your perspectives on things.
  3. Even if you didn’t think about it, people on the Internet, especially Twitter, you can find people who share the same interests as you do, who do not live on the other side of the world. Moreover, regarding our society, it’s definitely a wonderful way to build strong friendships (or even a relationship)
  4. It can help you with your conversation/communication skills, you’re speaking with someone you’re not used to, how does it feel? Learning new words, getting used to communicating, you’re more comfortable!
  5. Even if you’re never going to see this person again, don’t be afraid to vent, to defend your opinion and views, it’s also important to let others speak and you should listen carefully…

And don’t forget, whether it’s talking to a young boy of 6 years old, an adult in the mid-life crisis, or your grandmother that you’re visiting 2 times a month.
