A concept that restrains everyone, is the fact that we only have a limited number of minutes. This thought causes people to do the most extreme things. Or even the simpler things, such as planning every detail out. Time is of the essence and causes stress amongst the entire population. Where to be, when to be there is what seems to control us. When you think about it, it is quite strange how we say a single time of the day and somehow that dictates how we plan everything else out.
Ever since child hood, the idea that one day I will in fact die has terrified me. Before death, there is much life to be lived. Life is not measured in the number of times you go cliff diving or something spontaneous; in fact it is important to keep in mind the moments spent with loved ones, or doing what you love. Love is vital to make moments memorable, self love, love shared with friends, etc.
How you use your time is completely fine, as long as you are content with the way you left your legacy behind. When we die, we are remembered for what we did as we were alive, and you surely do not want to be remembered as someone who sat on the sideline instead of playing in the outfield. Take every opportunity you can take, that is if you are willing to do it. If there is a dream you are willing to work towards, then you want it enough; and if you want it enough anything can happen. That is the perplexing thing about the way of the world, anything can happen at any minute whether you are expecting it or not.
Life will never turn out the way you may have conjured it up in your head, because in reality time will always be measured the same way. It just won’t ever feel the same. Every single second is obscure and vital to the story of your life. Not every moment has to be spent in joyous laughter, solitude is bliss just as well. It takes time to learn this, which is something everyone will eventually learn regardless of how they are or who they are.
As a fore warning, time will screw you over. There will be due dates to be missed, people withering within their last few minutes, or even bills. This is what teaches us how to manage the moments, not every thing is as care free as I wish it was. There is a limit we are tied to, from the day we were born until the day we die. Still though, time is always somehow on our side.
