It has recently come to light that film producer, Harvey Weinstein, has sexually harassed and assaulted many celebrities, such as Angelina Jolie, Terry Crews, and Cara Delevinge. Below are a couple of celebrities who have also been accused of sexual misconduct:
- Mike Tyson is a former heavyweight champion boxer. Tyson was sent to prison in 1992 for three years after a young woman accused him of raping her in a hotel room. This drew worldwide attention. He was convicted on one count of rape and two counts of criminal deviate conduct. Tyson, to this day, claims that he is innocent.
- CeeLo Green, famous singer-songwriter, was involved in an incident where a woman accused him of slipping her ecstasy at a restaurant and later going to her hotel. Green pleaded no contest to the felony charge. He was found not guilty because there was not enough evidence.

Green had “Twitter-fingers” at the time and took to Twitter to say that having sex with an unconscious person should not be considered rape because people who are raped remember. CeeLo later deleted the tweets and apologized.
- Rob Lowe is an actor famous for his roles in the movie The Outsider and in the show Parks and Recreation. In 1988, a videotape came out of Lowe having sex with two females, one who was sixteen years old. Lowe claimed he did not know that one of the girls was underage. Lowe was also later accused of sexually abusing his former-nanny.
- Brittany Spears is a famous singer who has been making hits for decades. Spears former bodyguard Fernando Flores accused her of sexual harassment. According to Flores, the singer walked around

Flores also claimed that Spears made several different sexual advances towards him, including inviting him into her room once when she was nude. The former bodyguard filed a suit against Spears in 2010 and the issue was dealt with privately.
This is just a short list of countless celebrities who have been accused of all different types of sex crimes. These are predators and criminals that people look up to and worship religiously.
