Several protests have been arising in all across the U.S and Europe as a result for the #MuslimBan, a lot of which have been covered by the media. Protest signs showed what Muslims and Non-Muslims needed to express, but some signs from Muslim protesters stood out.
Some Arab Muslims also protested in an Arab themed way, chanting ‘I believe that we will win‘ under the echoes of the tabla.

Also, it is crucial to mention the amount of times the Adhan (call to prayer) was made in different churches, airports, and even streets in the middle of protests. Protesters stood side by side to secure the prayer area for several muslims in more than one airport across America, including Detroit Metropolitan Airport and Denver International Airport.

They also used the protest signs as mats, as indicated by this tweet.

In the middle of a protest in Oxford, a call to prayer was recited by a muslim protester, and it’s heartwarming to watch this video.

More shockingly, there was a call to prayer from a church in Boston, Trinity Church to be exact.
As a Muslim myself, it’s amazing to see how non-Muslims are standing next to Muslims in such hard times. It’s important to know that together, the people can fight the worst of presidents and rules. Muslims have had a very hard time during the past couple of days, and with the help of others they were offered a secure place of worship, even for just a few minutes.
At the end, no matter what anyone says, you belong, you always will.
